Glitch art to me is fundamentally any art that disrupts a system intentionally in an unexpected way - technological, sociological, language, visual perception, etc. Glitches question and break the perceived dogmatic infallibility of the world around us and within us to reveal the true functionality. Even DNA - the basis of life on our planet - was sculpted over the eons in a series of glitches.
