After my first Nolcha show during Art Week 2023, I needed to clear my head.
Dropped off my gear. Hit the street. No shoes. Just the tide and the sky.
I walked the shoreline until I hit the edge of Miami Beach.
Saw a building—strange angle, off the map. Took the shot. Kept moving.
A few days later, I found a Buddha in an alley.
Still. Present. Nothing extra.
Later, the pieces lined up.
The Buddha wasn’t in the alley anymore.
It was above the skyline.
Holding stillness over the noise.
This is the glitch between movement and pause.
